Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that things happen! Your health and safety is priority. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, I would no longer be able to fill that spot and miss out on expected income. ( sickness/ inclement weather/ emergencies would be exempt from this) For a first time no show/ late cancellation it is 40% of your service cost and for a second time it would be 80% of your service. Anytime after would be 100%.
